A delegation board helps the management to delegate work to teams with clear boundaries.
Management can implement delegation board to delegate work at 7 levels of delegation and authorise people for specified work.
These seven levels of delegation are as follows
1 tell 2 sell 3 consult 4 agree 5 advise 6 inquire 7 delegate.
More levels can be added by the management if required.
These seven levels of delegation should be applied to key decision areas and then increasing and decreasing the delegation level to decide upon the selected key area.
It helps in self organisation of people.
The game encourages employees for better self organisation and clear decision making.
Each participant is given a set of card from no 1 to 7 corresponding to the seven levels of delegation. A key decision area can be chosen and players can select their level of delegation for the same. People can use their own decisions making abilities.
